EmblemHealth provides three dental plans to employer groups throughout New York State and to their employees who live in or out of the state. These are PPO (preferred provider organizations) plans and are underwritten by Group Health Incorporated (GHI), an EmblemHealth company. Group sizes can range from a few employees to thousands of covered patients. Members can get care from any general dentist or dental specialist who participates with their dental plan without a referral.

*Individual plans are not available.

These plans can cover 100% of the cost of examinations, dental cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, fillings and more as long as you use an in-network dentist.

EmblemHealth dental networks consist of over 8,000 dentists and dental specialists with practices in New York and New Jersey. These offices meet a high credentialing standard and agree to treat covered patients at the fees listed in our fee schedules.
